Is there a process that I'm missing? I'm trying to tighten a wide stereo image to narrower image. The Channel Converter process will not give me the results I'm looking for. Nero-5 has a "Wide Stereo" filter (fully adjustable from mono-normal-wide stereo) which does the job, but only if I burn a CD.
The only work around I can come up with is making separate L-R mono files and adj. the channel pan controls in Vegas.

Have you tried Process > Pan/Expand? That should do the job.
