Subject:Since I can make an effect similar to Chill on Sound Forge?

I would like to know like making an effect in Sound Forge that makes seem that the voice happened through a keyboard, if they do not understand the idea to me can listen to a piece of 10 seconds of a subject that takes in Internet and that has this effect, please, if somebody knows how to do it, or if need a plug-in, please, tell me how, thanks, we see ourselves.

This is an example of vocoding.
There are numerous hardware vocoders and software vocoders. One of my new "favorite" software vocoders is: Akai's DC Vocoder.

You'll need a VST-DX wrapper to use it with Sony/Sonic Foundry products though.
