I want to use Sound Forge 6.0 to resample movie audio to solve a synchronization problem. Using TMPGenc, I performed a simple demultiplex to a movie in MPEG format. I created m1v for the video and mp2 for the audio. When I attempt to open the mp2 audio file in Sound Forge, I receive the following error: AN ERROR OCCURREDWHEN OPENING ONE OR MORE FILES. THE REQUESTED PLUG-IN DOES NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY FEATURES UNLOCKED. I can open the audio as a WAV file in the program, but this does not solve my problem. I need to open the mp2 file, view the audio at a point where it lags the video, resample the audio, and finally multiplex it back with the video. This is supposed to solve my synchronization problem. How do unlock these features? Which plug-in do I need? I am running the demo version of this software before purchasing it. Is this a problem? Please help. |

>>>>I am running the demo version<<<<< I believe this is the whole problem since probably the Main Concept plugin is required to open/render *.mpeg and not included in the demo. MJ |

Thank you. I thought this might be the problem. I did submit the same question to tech support, but have not received a reply as yet. |
