can SF 7.0 handle multi track recording or is Acid the program for that. Please help I am considering buying but need info. |

Both are wrong choices. SoundForge only handles a single mono or stereo track. ACID can play back multiple tracks, but can only record one at a time. It's also not really designed for editing recordings. Vegas is the program to look at for multitrack recording. |

there are lot's and lots of multi-track software out there. FruityLoops Studio, Cakewalk, Cubase, Vegas, ProTools. Just to name a few |
