Typically I do all of my processing via SF6 version 6.0e and then batch process all my files by converting them to mp3 - 320. The typical work flow is as follows.... record --- (process) --- save as 44.1/ 16 bit ---- [open Batch converter] --- open files and (process) --- The problem is that suddenly Batch converter says that it cannot open any of my wave files. Wave files that I have created and ones supplied by Sonic Foundry such as the 1001 and Sound Effects, etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and called tech support regarding this issue and no meaningful result has been achieved. Actually the tech support individual mentioned that there are many issues with Batch converter and that none of them will be resolved because Sonic Foundry has no interest in treating any of these issues. But perhaps a member of ths forum has the experience and know how, as to how I can reverse this forbidable problem. Please repond with any comment which "may" lead to a possible resoluton for this issue. Thanks - Kevin ***
