Is there a specific format I need to record in with SF6.0 in order to burn it to a CD. I'm trying to transfer an audio tape in SF6.0, save it to a file and then burn it to a CD, It's only about a minute long but I cant' seem to figure out how to burn it to CD. |

What are you doing to burn the CD? The format shouldn't matter because SoundForge will automatically convert to the correct format (44.1KHz 16 bit stereo) when burning. You technically don't even have to save the file first. If you see and can play the file in SoundForge you should then click Tools / Burn CD / Add Audio. If your format doesn't match the CD audio format then you'll get warning messages, but you can click continue and SoundForge will take care of the format changes for you. You will have to Close the disc before it will be playable in standard CD players. This is in the full version of SoundForge 6. I don't know if SoundForge Studio 6 has the ability to burn CDs. |
