Subject:SF 4.5: Lost Effects & Process toolbars

After a crash, I re-installed my old SoundForge 4.5. Only now I can't access the "Effects" or "Process" tools.

The drop down menus don't appear on the top of the screen. And when I go into Options/Preferences/Toolbars or View/Toolbars, and click on Effects or Process, no toolbars appear.

Anybody know where these toolbars might be & how I can get them back?
