I HAVE 1 TRACK THAT HAS AN INTRO THE SONG AND AN OUTRO I WOULD THIS 1 TRACK TO BE 3 TRACKS HOW DO I SET TRACK LINES?

Assuming you are talking CD trk.s. and do not have CD-Arc.
Insert Markers, Convert Markers to Regions, Extract Regions.
You will have 3 files. Burn as Disc-At-Once if you do not want a 2
second pause in between the tracks.
You cannot burn DAO CDs with SF, only Track-At-Once, which automaticly puts a 00:02 pause between tracks.
You can however burn DAO CDs with CD-A, Roxio, Nero and some other burning apps.
