Is there a Batch Converter 5.0 Plug-in that will allow me to Normalize audio to positive dB levels. For example normalizing audio to +4 dB?

Not to be a snob, but why would you want to do that? Are you sure you want your peaks at +4, or, are you referring to the +4 db vs. -10db of professional equipment vs. home equipment? If it is an equipment issue, normalize to 0 and the playback equipment handles it fine, regardless. It will not match home equip to professional, but it isn't supposed to.
