I'm using Sound Forge Studio to edit and remove noise from *.wma files that were recorded using MS Producer. My problem is when I import the edited *.wma file back into MS Producer, the sound is not synchoized with the PowerPoint slides. The *.wma file appears a one large sound file rather than individual audio elements that are associated with a particular slide. These individual sound elements can be trimmed. On the Save menu, I have been choosing the Save Meta Data check box. I was able to accomplish the File Save so that the sound clips are still synchronized with the PowerPoint slides in MS Producer. I have not been able to replicate this on subsequent saves. Any help or tips are appreciated. PB89 |

Are you affecting the actual length of the audio somehow? If you, say, delete some portion of audio, the audio immediately to the right will move to fill the deleted data's place (effectively shortening the audio). Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid mD's ACIDplanet Page |

No, I'm not affecting the acutal length of the audio. The length's are the same for each audio file. PB89 |

Hmmm...if anything, try contacting Sony via "SUPPORT>EMAIL SUPPORT" in the menu above on this page. You can send them a project sample to illustrate what you're talking about if necessary. HTH, Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid mD's ACIDplanet Page |
