Subject:Process functions not in Plug-In Manager & Swap Channels

1. I am using the full version of SF 6.0 build 132 and find that the Process menu functions cannot be found in the Plug-in manager which prevents one from chaining them in the Plug-in chainer. How can one get them to show up? 2, The "Swap Channels" function does not show up under the Process Menu, except under "Channel Converter." Any ideas why this is the case? Many thanks. Rick |

1) Not all menu items are chainable, only those that map to DirectX effects. Things like Resample, Reverse, Bit-Depth Converter, etc. are built-in, not DirectX, and therefore not chainable. 2) Swap Channels is a Sound Forge (XP) Studio feature. The pro version of Sound Forge includes the Channel Converter so Swap Channels would be redundant. J. |
