Subject:Not all soundcards listed in audio preferences

I have 2 soundcards connected to my system. One of them doesn't show up in the "Audio device type" spinner on the Audio tab in Preferences. How can I get it to show up? It has WDM drivers.

Are they listed properly under Windows' Device Manager? Similarly, were the drivers for the soundcard in question installed properly? (What is the soundcards that you're using?)
