batch converter with raw audio files -Sound Forge - PC

I want to use Batch Converter 5.0 to take about 2000 audio files, which are saved as akai .snd files, and convert them to .wav files. The problem is that Batch Converter doesn't seem to allow me to load .raw or .* audio files. In Soundforge all I have to do is select the file and describe how its encoded (in this case, 16bit, signed, 44100Hz, Intel bit ordering with a 42 byte header). Is there a way to get these files open in Batch Converter? There's no way I'm going to individually convert 2000 files withing Sound Forge. Thanks again for any help.

That way you can bypass Batch Converter. You will then extract the files to a new folder and they will be (44.1/ 16) (Khz / bit) files.
