Subject:izotope weirdness

Has anyone noticed since the last round of updates, that the plugins now only work in the sf6 chainer and not from the regular dialogue?

Only have the trash and vinyl plugins, but neither seems quite right in 6, but I am told they work fine from the regular dialogue in 7.
