I've editied many of commercial voice over spots. Although, it could be done in Sound Forge, I wouldn not consider this to be a good editing environment to do this. Vegas is much more optimal for this type of work. You really need an environment where it is easy to split the voice over up into sections and be able to move those sections around freely. Though you could achieve this in Sound Forge with some cutting and pasting editing, I would never consider to do it there. I would actually consider CD Architecture move optimal to do voice over editing.
