Subject:mp3 file wont save to HD

A file I recorded from tape. When I tryed to save it to the HD as a mp3 file a window jumped saying "ERROR

This page was unable to load.

Please contact your vendor for further assistance.

Do you know how do I overcome this problem?

Has the mp3 plug been registered?
If not, contact customer service.

I have saved many files for long time suddenly with out warning it refuses to do it any more. At that time I was saving 8 files in mp3 mode the 9th it gave the error message.

Do you know how I can over come this problem?

I haven't had to do this in awhile, but here's pretty much what you need to do.

1. Open your file
2. Goto "Save as" and select .MP3
3. Click on the "About" button
4. Within there it will probably show you there is "0" encodes left of the evaluation period and display a "register" button.
5. Click on the "register" button and follow the instructions to register it.
