hello,

I am having a strange problem where sound forge will only playback audio correctly if I set my buffer size in the motu control panel 256 or below. If I set it to 512 or above the playback stutters. Does anybody else here have this problem. I'm on a 3ghz P4 with 1gig ram. I tried turning off hyperthreading but this doesn't change anything. I am using verision 7.0a build 262

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I believe that the 1224 is on a PCI buss.? If so, check to make sure it's not sharing IRQ steering with the graphics card, ect.
