Subject:Mpeg Error

I get an error when opening a mpeg: An error occurred while creating a proxy file for a stream. The reason of the error could not be determined. I am using Sound Forge 6.0e.

I have about 15 different mpegs and some open, some don't all with the same error.

Can anybody help?
