Subject:Vibrato Help

Im new to Sound Forge 6, and need help with the Vibrato effect. What i want, is to chage all voices in the song to sound like the chipmunks. I can use the Octave Shift Up preset, but this effects all the song, i just want the singing, lyrics whatever its called changing. Id appreciate any help regarding this.

Can't be done. It's not possible to isolate one instrument or vocal track in a mixed audio file.
