I'm pretty new to this program... But I have one question though...
I wonder if it's possible to record sounds on the computer. For exampe if I use ICQ there is a sound each time you receive a message... is it possible to somehow record that sound?

Open up the sound card's mixer control program by double-clicking the little speaker icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Click Options / Properties / Recording / OK. You will now have a set of input to choose from. Select the one labeled "Mixed output", "PC Speaker", or "What you hear" ... you should find one similar to that. Now when you record in Sound Forge you will get any sound that normally comes through the PC speakers.

Thanks a lot!!!! Now it's working! :-) I would never figure that out myself!
