Subject:Activating software

I've just installed my copy of Soundforge 5.0 on my new computer. I have now been asked to contact a telephone number to activate the software (apparently it's already been activated too many times on line). The number I have been given (a fax number) +608 350 1745 doesn't seem to be correct. Am I forgetting to enter any additional digits? I'm phoning from the UK and, by the way, HAVE been entering the international dialling digits before the number above!
