Soundforge 4.5 update. Serial Number?? -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:Soundforge 4.5 update. Serial Number?? Posted by: begone Date:6/17/2004 8:09:51 PM I am trying to update my Soundforge 4.5 but the web page is asking me for a serial number. I haven't had the manual for this in a long time. How can I get my serial number? Or does somebody have one just so I can get this update? Any help is greatly appreciated. begone

I know i applied 4.5 updates d through h (or whatever) simply by downloading them and running them. I never had to insert the original CD. I also recall that i didn't need to enter a serial number the first few times i downloaded the updates.

I had removed all other versions of 4.5 installed because, I think I was using v6.0 at that time, but wanted to use direct mode editing. So I tried to do a new install, using the v4.5h update with my original serial number and it kept asking me to put my original Sound Forge CDrom in the drive. It was packed away, in a bunch of boxes in my garage from a recent move that I had done and I couldn't get past the insert original CD rom post.
