ATTENTION SONY: When are you going to start selling Sound Forge, Screenblast and Vegas up here through retailers? |

For what it's worth... http://www.future-micro.ca/Audiosoftware.htm Your best bet is to get into the upgrade paths directly from this site. You pay with your credit card and get the best daily exchange rate, plus you skip the GST/PST/shipping if you buy via a download. I know, all except my SF 6.0 have been download purchases directly from Sony (SoFo at the time). The SF 6.0 was a boxed version I bought from this site along with some loop libraries. Mario |

I'll vouch for MyST's suggestion of Future Micro; I've bought all of my Echo hardware through them (actually, him) and been quite satisfied with the service. Pretty cool bunch of stuff for a wee computer store. That said, the single biggest advantage for me when it comes to Sony/SF software is that I can get it as a downloadable purchase. I find more and more that this "feature" is becoming a make/break point when shopping for software. |

You mean you can get software in a box? I think the last time I purchased software and it came in a box, it was for my Studio Vision midi software, which came on 2 floppies. |
