ive read the solution for this problem that was currently posted, i believe it may be an issue with sp2 of winxp, i am attempting to install soundforge 7.0a on a freshly formatted windowsxp sp2 system, the solution for this error message typically was to remove keys from teh registry, these keys would not be present on a fresh install of windows...
