Subject:cd extraction problem

hello!
I have two users in my pc under WinXp one administrator and one user.
When loged in as admin i can open and extract an audio file from cd.
but when logged as a user i get an error.
What should i do (permission / patch) to fix this?

Upgrade user to admin, then reinstall SF under user. Restart system, start up SF. Finally change the user to back to the users previous status.
