Subject:Automatic time recording

When SF 7 came out, I was very happy to see automatic timed recording because I like to record certain weekly radio programs that come on at times when I am not near the computer. However, I was very disappointed to find out that a queue of timed recordings set to "weekly" in the record dialog is not retained when you exit Sound Forge. Since I use my computer for a few other things and actually turn it off occassionally, this means I have to re-enter my list of programs every week.

I complained about this soon after release and was assured it would be handled in an update. Now, at build 262, it still has not been addressed. Could someone please advise regarding this issue?

Hi Mary,

Timer settings persistence has been fixed, but the 7.0b update has been held up for a while for non-technical reasons. It will be posted eventually. Unfortunately, I can't provide a more specific timeframe than "soon". Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.

J.
