VV5 Cursor Behavior

In VV5 the Cursor Behavior seems different. I used to be able to select and drag in order to set the renderable loop reigon. Now it seems I must click and drag in a differnt way and this is not alway efficiant. It want to let me drag the playhead which is not what I usually want to do.

In the Options menu click on Preferences and in the General tab dialog deselect the last option: "Allow edit cursor to be dragged"
