Subject:mp3 plugin

Hey folks, I'm having a problem with my mp3 plugin.

When I go to register by phone and type in the acitivation code, it accepts it, but never saves my .wav as an .mp3. When I go to try again, it'll bring me back to screen where I have to activate it again.

Can anyone help? I tried reinstalling and even deleting the registry files.
