Subject:Scott Studios information

When I open a sound file and then try to save it with another name or in another format using Save as, I always get the annoying dialogue box called Scott Studios information. After that the sound that I try to save is renamed spoooo ????
Can anyone help me?

Select Microsoft Wave in the Save As dialog instead of Scott Studios Wave. If you never want to use Scott, you can just delete sctplug folder from the FileIO plug-ins section of the install folder and restart Forge.

If you are using a version prior to 6.0, there is a General pref that controls this. "Always prompt to save new files with Scott chunks" or something like that.
