When I use Acid Pro 5 as a rewire device with Sonar 4 MIDI will not play properly. Sometimes it will start out ok, then it will start dropping out. Then, after I stop playback, MIDI will continue transmitting data.

I am using Acid Pro 5 to transmit to Sonar 4. I am using Acid to create MIDI data to send to an external keyboard. I am using the MOTU Micro Express, but I do have the same problem when I use the Micrsoft MIDI manager.

What is ACID 5 "transiming" to SONAR 4?

What is the Microsoft MIDI manager?

What external MIDI keyboard are you working with?
What is your audio hardware buffer settings in SONAR?
What audio card and driver model are you using in SONAR?

While using ACID to control an external MIDI device is fine, when ACID is ReWired to SONAR, the point is to use SONAR's MIDI sequencing and ACID's Loop manipulation.
