Hello:

I am looking to record my phone interviews and then edit them on Sound Forge Studio. I know I need a gnetner box to do this. My question is does anyone know if Sound Forge Studio can be used for this purpose, and if so--how.

If you can get the audio signal from the phone to the computer's sound card inputs in some way, then Sound Forge can handle the editing and encoding.
