I am new to recording and need some help. Is it possible to use Guitar Port as an interface for ACID? I can't seem to record any audio. Any suggestions? |

Euge, Yes, I think so. I use Line 6's POD to record my electric guitar. You plug your guitar into it, then take the output(s) into your sound card. You might need an adapter to get from the Guitar Port to the sound card. Best of luck, Rick |

GuitarPort has its own drivers and will show up as a dedicated record (or playback) device in ACID. No need to route in and out. Note that in this case, only the guitar stuff will be recorded, not the backing tracks or anything else. As spinweb noted, you can also route the analog output into another soundcard if you wish.
