Anyone know anything about these?
Seems to be very advanced (and expensive) noise removal and vinyl restoration tools but not for SF or Vegas?

They are produced by a standalone Sony division (based in Oxford, naturally). Several of their effects are available as PowerCore compatible VST plug-ins.

VST plug-ins are supported in ACID 5.0 and the just announced Sound Forge 8.0. It seems reasonable to assume that the next version of Vegas will support them, as well.

You'd have to shell out for a PowerCore card or box (from TC Electronics). If you have an extra couple grand, their EQ's are the bee's knees and the other stuff is quite good, as well.

But yes, they're targeting a market with deeper pockets than the SF/Vegas status quo.

I use the Oxford Eq, Inflator and Restoration Bundle in my Pro-Tools system.
The Eq.........to each his own, I think the URS Eq's sound way better.
The Inflator is very useful...It can put what ever you use it on right-in your face in the mix (I use it mostly on lead instruments).
The Restoration is the Best! I do have SF Noise Reduction, Waves X-Bundle.
The Sony is the easiest to use and has the best sound.
