Subject:Burning CDs with markers

My mate has Sound Forge 7 and I'm thinking of buying it myself but we can't get it to burn continuous wavs to CD and create separate trax with markers previously inserted and playback with no gaps. I'm currently playing around with WaveLab and it has this feature. I much prefer Sound Forge because of its user-friendliness and other great features. Sound Forge probably has this burning feature but we haven't figured it out yet. Any suggestions appreciated.

Sound Forge 7 does not have this feature. CD Architect does. According to the press release, Sound Forge 8 will include CD Architect of some sort.

I usually use Vegas for this task. But, if you don't have that, use Sound Forge to split the mix into individual WAV files, then use just about any other burning software to burn the disc in DAO mode.

Thanx for the quick reply. Good news about CD Architect and Sound Forge 8 so it seems I will wait a while before I fork out my hard earned and grab the bundle. I never thought about splitting the wavs before, maybe coz it sounds a bit messy, but I'll give that a go. My mate has Vegas, and once again, I never considered that. I'll try all those options. Thanx again.
