Subject:Editing Loop error

Using SF 4.5 (I know old school) but I ordered some drum loops from Drums on Demand (highly reccomended) but when I try to open a wav file error message pops up saying "The specified file containsan unsupported bits per sample size" The loops pull up and play perfectly in Acid. What could be the problem?

Sound Forge 4.5 does not support anything higher than 16-bit. Sounds like you have a 24-bit library.
