When time is set to CET (24hour format) and a person wants to record using method: Automatic: Time Then when user adds specific time on which to record (trigger) there's no 24 hour format nor AM or PM sign .. so when used sound forge can only record on AM time no PM or so called above 12 hour (24 hour format) is available in CET time zone.
