Subject:mov file size

I opened a mov file in SF 7 which is 5 MB. I made no changes and saved it as a mov file under a different name. The new file is 152 MB. Anybody have any ideas as to why this might happen?

Never mind. I answered my own question. I suspected this had something to do with the codec, but I couldn't find a place to specify a codec. I finally found them under templates in the save as dialogue.
