Hello, Does anyone know if its possible in SF, to set up a beep or click which will sound when you hit the record button? I want to record someone talking, so I need to set up a beep which they can hear when I hear the record button, so they know when to start talking. thanks :) |

Go for simple: set up a small doorbell in the booth and put the button right next to your computer. Simpler yet ... start recording when they enter the booth. Edit out the blank spot at the beginning when done (which takes about 2.3 seconds or less). |

They are actually in the booth for 3 hour recording sessions, with breaks throughout. So I cant get them into walk into the booth for each take. As for the doorbell ......... |

Is there any problem with recording the entire three hours? This is what i would do, and press the M key to drop markers for each section of the recording for easier searching afterwards. |
