Subject:Mastering glitches/Buffer size

I'm a newcomer to the forum and I have a basic question that's probably been answered somewhere here many times before.
I just got Ozone 3 to use in Sound Forge 7 and when I try to preview my tunes in stereo, the sound stutters and glitches like crazy. My buffer size in Forge is maxed out and I can listen to the preview in mono just fine, but its not a good representation of what I want the end result to sound like. My computer has a Pentium III, 932mHz with 384 MB RAM. What can I possibly do to correct this problem?

Ozone 3 does use a lot of juice. You really should, at the very least, have more Ram. Can you add more ram to your MoBo?
Also, you could benefit from a more powerful processor..at least a 2.0 Ghz.
