Subject:EQ doesn't function

Something is happening with my Sound Forge 7.0. When I choose EQ option in the Process menu (i.e. Graphip, or Paragraphic, or Parametric), nothing happens. It does not appears any dialog box.
What is the workaround here?

Suggestion 1: Start->Programs->Sony->Utilities->"Register Sony DirectX Audio plug-ins"

Suggestion 2: Re-install Sound Forge.

Suggestion 3: Assuming you installed to the default location, verify that sfppack2.dll is in C:\Program Files\Sony\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio, then drag-and-drop it from Windows Explorer onto Sound Forge and click Yes, then re-start Sound Forge.

Suggestion 4: Contact tech support.
