Subject:Plugin Chain Issue

Hello -

Using SF7 revision b.

Whenever I apply a chain utilizing Waves C4 and Waves L1 Ultramaximizer, I can serious distortion. However when I apply these DX pluggins one at a time in sequence, I get a pleasing output.

Without pluggin chain use - Good response
Using Pluggin chain -- bad response

Does anyone else have this issue?

Back ground info...

PC = 2.4 GHZ / 2GB RAM / 160 GB SATA Drive
Sound Card = Digital Audio Labs Card Deluxe

File Attributes = 48 / 24

Also - I tried the same pluggin chain combo, in Batch Converter 5, and the results were great, but using the pluggin chain within SF7, the results were distorted.

I wonder if there is a problem marshaling the types between the plugins.

If you convert the input file to 48 kHz / 32-bit float, do you get the same problem?

The problem persisted, but I did it just by applying one at time.
