I am considering the following: Echo Gina 3G M-Audio Firewire 410 Echo Layla 20 The EchoFire 8 seems too new to have any good info on it - nor can I find places that have it. Anybody have any pros or cons on either of these three? Message last edited on4/29/2005 12:30:14 PM byOrcatek. |

The Layla 20 has been discontinued for many years now. The Layla 24 is much better and the newest 3G model supposedly has better converters and a couple of newer features. If you don't need a mobile unit (firewire) then there are many good choices. A lot of folks love the Maudio Delta 1010 (similar to the Layla). I have used Laylas since they first came out (currently the 24's) and find them to be incredibly solid and stable, particularly with SoFoSony apps. I haven't been able to try the 3G yet but would like to add one to my system. drbam Message last edited on4/29/2005 1:10:54 PM bydrbam. |
