Subject:missing plugin

hi people, i've updated my computer and thus taken all the software off my old computer and onto this new one, and also got a few upgrades.... i installed sound forge and found one of my favourite plugins to be missing.... what i'm looking for is a plugin in the directx tab called "Dynamics" what it did was compression, but it was much better than the other compression tool in the direct x tab.... it made the sound very rich and full.... i have no idea where this tool came from, i always thought it came with sound forge ,..... any help would be very much appreciated,
