I have my plugin favorites setup and organized just how I like them in SF7. Is there any way to port them over to SF8 or do I need to organize from scratch again? |

Are you referring to your customized plug-in settings or the plug-in effects themselves? If the former, you can pick up the Preset Manager. If the latter, you'll more than likely have to reorganize. I am referring to under "fx favorites" on the menu, by choosing "organize", I have created new folders like mastering, reverbs, delays, distortion etc. in SF7. It took quite some time to organize the plugs in this fashion. The info must be stored somewhere within SF7. I simply wanted to copy this folder organization to SF8. I was just wondering where the info is stored and is it possible to copy this into SF8 to reuse my folder list. Thanks for answering my original question. |

I figured it out. Had to go into the registry and copy the data fields from plugin manager 1 in SF7 to SF8. |
