Subject:Can plug-in organization be transfered?

I go through a lot of trouble to organize my plugins in a functional folder structure.

Is there any way to save this organization between installations? If I uninstall 8.0a to install 8.0b, is there a way to import the way my plugins were organized in 8.0a?
