Subject:burn track at once

Hi There ,Has anyone had any compatability issues with the burn track at once tool option? Working with a Lite On DVD-RW SOHW 1633S , burner works fine thru NERO but has problems with burn track at once. driver? firmware?

Check your device manager to see if it's listed there... It should be, since Nero "sees" it.

Shut down all other applications whilst buring in SF, there may be a conflick.

Maybe try a repair install or a un-install - re-install.

E-mail tech support, they should have a list of all supported drives.
If they respond is another story.
