Subject:Midi Sync?

I'm trying to sync my computer using SF8 to a IZ Radar 24 using Midi timecode. Almost everything is working fine. I get the time read out of the RADAR in the Time Display of Sound Forge, but the playback/record cursor in Soundforge doesn't sync with the time display. The time follows the RADAR, but the cursor just sits there blinking. What am I doing wrong here?
