Where there is a will, there is a way...

I use Macromedia Studio MX 2004 for all my web publishing endeavors. It includes Fireworks, DreamWeaver, Flash, and FreeHand. I find that you can import your files into flash and use them that way or simply make streaming content from Vegas and upload it as wmv files etc.
But as for designing, I don't know of a way to incorporate Vegas/ DVDA into the mix. You would have to use products designed for web design or html, perl, php, etc. Studio MX 2004 gives you all the tools you need to make a very professional website and you can alway use your media produced in Vegas to add to your site, but I don't know of a way to incorporate DVDA into the mix or Vegas for what I think you are asking.

Having done both web pages and videos, I cannot imagine how you would/could use Vegas to design a web page. You can use Vegas to make content for web pages, i.e., videos.

Here's a website creation tool recommended before in this forum:

Sitespinner

You can download a free evaluation and create a web site on your own PC, before deciding to risk $49. :O)

This is a really good price for an amazing product.

Far easier to use than Dreamweaver, which is otherwise the best tool for pros.

As a novice webmaster last fall, I too looked around and tried a few different programs. The SiteSpinner program is by far the most intuitive on the ones I tested in that you simply create and drag objects on a blank page, much as you would do in Powerpoint. With it, I built this website, which isn't going to win any design awards but is stable and gets the job done.
