Subject:SF8b: what's going on, Sony?

Like others here, after I updated to 8.0b three weeks after the update release, I had to shuffle a file around to get ASIO working and I've have lost the ability to audition plugins from the FXFavorites menu.

I waited this long because 8.0a was working fine and I didn't want to rock the boat. However I found an issue with the Loop Tuner refusing to advance to the next Zero-point, and decided to try 8,0b in case it was fixed.... but that's another thread.

Releasing a point update that breaks previously working features without a quick redress of the the problem demonstrates a rather lackadaisical attitude with regards to product support. It's not reassuring. I'd appreciated if if someone from Sony could please explain why these issues have not yet been resolved.

8.0a was as model of useability and stability. 8.0b should have been better.

TIA

Angels
