Subject:no scrub control in SF AudioStudio8

I just bought from Sony and installed Sound Forge Audio Studio 8. There is no scrub control available to scrub. Help and the manual say there should be a scrub control (controllable with the mouse)in the data window, or you can scrub with the keyboard (J/K/L) or by doing Ctrl and clicking on the cursor. also, there is no Editing Tab on the Preferences to check anything about t h e scrub conttrol. IKs this scrub not available on the consumer version (Audio Studio) of sound Forge?

According to Sony's comparison charts only the full version has scrubbing.
